We work with young children through  early adolescence. In play therapy a directive or non directive approach is used depending on the  needs of each individual.

We work with and support women in all stages of motherhood that may be experiencing any of the following issues :  anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum,  traumatic birth experience, depression during pregnancy or postpartum.

Working on relationships whether newly formed or long established, therapy is a great avenue for strengthening communication, skill building, and trust.

Working with families to  help them navigate through the intricacies of life by using a therapeutic approach to help pave the path towards strengthening family systems and values.

Working individually provides an open and safe environment to explore different way of managing stress, problem solving, and finding support.

Teletherapy allows the facilitation of health-related services to patients via live video conferencing. This can be very beneficial if you lack the time or resources to use public transportation, are physically disabled or live in a remote area.

Workshops offer an opportunity to learn from our counselors' unique perspectives on issues within their fields of specialties. In-person and virtual workshops allow participants to learn from each other and the counselor during a one-time, 1.5 hour session. We offer workshops throughout the year.
